Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in outside sales.
- Minimum 1 year of current experience selling net new business to enterprise-level companies (5,000+ employees).
- Proven track record of winning net new enterprise accounts and exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling to C-suite and senior-level professionals.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce and prospecting tools.
- Experience creating and presenting engaging slide decks using Clearslide, Google Docs, or Microsoft.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior-level professionals.
- Strong ability to manage multiple buyers within a single company.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or extensive industry-specific enterprise sales experience.
- Extensive travel required.
Responsibilities
- Utilize a hunting mentality to win net new enterprise accounts with 5,000+ employees.
- Drive revenue by prospecting, building a pipeline, and establishing relationships with potential clients.
- Close new business consistently at or above quota levels.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts.
- Contribute to the development and circulation of best practices for the sales team.
- Share market feedback with product and marketing teams to influence product evolution.
