Requirements
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Confident managing confidential HR and compliance documentation.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a growing and evolving organisation.
- Experience in Human Resources, Compliance, Governance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of NDIS compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
- Experience in disability services, healthcare, or community services (highly regarded).
- Familiarity with MyP or similar NDIS workforce/compliance platforms (preferred).
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of support workers.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, certifications, and mandatory documentation.
- Monitor compliance requirements such as police checks, NDIS Worker Screening, and training renewals.
- Support rostering coordination and workforce planning.
- Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and HR-related queries.
- Support ongoing compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory obligations.
- Assist with internal audits, incident reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Review and maintain policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend operational improvements.
