Requirements
- 7–10 years in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or alliances in the security, compliance, or IT industry.
- Deep familiarity with the security and compliance vendor landscape: SIEM, EDR, CASB, DLP, GRC, or adjacent categories.
- Technical fluency sufficient to scope integrations, evaluate API capabilities, and assess product fit.
- Demonstrated credibility working across product, engineering, sales, and marketing departments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical details to engineers and business strategy to executive leadership.
- Experience as a technical product manager, solutions architect, or engineering manager is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels from CEO to product manager.
- High agency, proactive execution, and ability to make practical trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive, product, and technical relationships with partner organizations.
- Drive partnerships from agreement through integration and launch, including scoping and delivering joint product offerings.
- Define the joint value proposition and solution narrative, co-defining success metrics with partners.
- Partner with Marketing on co-marketing programs, joint announcements, and launch plans.
- Establish the operational framework for each partnership including success criteria.
- Transition GTM execution to the CRO organization post-launch while retaining high-level accountability.
