Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, or Benefits Coordination.
- Experience working within a startup or fast-growing environment.
- Hands-on experience with modern people tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions or countries.
- Strong process orientation with ability to build, document, and maintain systems.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to prioritize various projects.
- Roll up your sleeves attitude with drive to close gaps.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the full employee lifecycle experience, including onboarding playbooks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews.
- Stand up benefits administration across the US, UK, and Singapore.
- Build a multi-jurisdiction compliance calendar and support EOR-to-direct employment transitions.
- Build and administer performance review scheduling, calibration logistics, and template infrastructure.
- Establish reporting on new hire feedback, exit themes, and attrition data to surface actionable insights for leadership.
