  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, or Benefits Coordination.
  • Experience working within a startup or fast-growing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with modern people tools.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions or countries.
  • Strong process orientation with ability to build, document, and maintain systems.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to prioritize various projects.
  • Roll up your sleeves attitude with drive to close gaps.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the full employee lifecycle experience, including onboarding playbooks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews.
  • Stand up benefits administration across the US, UK, and Singapore.
  • Build a multi-jurisdiction compliance calendar and support EOR-to-direct employment transitions.
  • Build and administer performance review scheduling, calibration logistics, and template infrastructure.
  • Establish reporting on new hire feedback, exit themes, and attrition data to surface actionable insights for leadership.
