Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in brokerage, benefits administration, HR tech, partner/channel management, enterprise consulting, or solution architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with large brokerage houses.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, account planning, solution design, and executive communication.
  • Ability to build multi-level relationships across national, regional, and local teams.
  • Comfort working in a matrixed environment and partnering with product, sales, and partner teams.
  • Ability to turn insights into narratives, data into decisions, and opportunities into programs.
  • Experience engaging at the C-suite level and navigating complex organizations.
  • Willingness to travel 25–35% to broker offices, conferences, and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep account plans for 1-2 national brokerage firms.
  • Build multi-level relationships across national, practice, and local teams.
  • Facilitate strategic QBRs and ongoing engagement to align on shared priorities.
  • Translate broker and client pain points into thoughtful solution designs.
  • Engage directly in high-priority broker-influenced opportunities.
  • Surface structured feedback and market trends from partners to product and marketing teams.
