Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in ad operations, digital analytics, or conversion tracking.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution, browser-based tracking, and cookies.
  • Ability to write or modify JavaScript for custom tagging or enhanced eCommerce tracking.
  • Experience with CRM integrations such as HubSpot or Salesforce and offline conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with server-side tagging environments and advanced GTM configurations.
  • Proficiency with debugging tools like Google Tag Assistant, Chrome DevTools, and Meta Pixel Helper.
  • Strong understanding of data layer strategies and dynamic event tracking.
  • Experience with consent management tools and privacy-compliant tracking practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze multi-channel data to identify trends and opportunities tied to business outcomes like revenue, CAC, LTV, and MER.
  • Own end-to-end measurement frameworks and conversion tracking across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage implementation and optimization of tracking via Google Tag Manager, including custom events and server-side tagging.
  • Maintain clean event taxonomies, UTM structures, and QA processes across all reporting outputs.
  • Partner with Strategy Directors to build dashboards, diagnose performance issues, and inform testing roadmaps.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy frameworks and consent management tools.
