Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering or technical experience.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience working with LLMs or AI agents in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience connecting AI systems to external tools such as CRMs, APIs, and operational databases.
- Proven ability to define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Intellectual honesty regarding AI capabilities with a focus on designing guardrails and fallback paths.
- Interest in understanding Customer Success workflows and resolving real-world operational problems.
- Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms like Salesforce or Gainsight is a plus.
- Experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic Claude or similar is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design agent architectures, write prompts, and integrate with platforms like Salesforce and internal customer success tools.
- Write clean, maintainable Python code for agentic solutions.
- Define success criteria and build automated test suites for real-world scenarios and edge cases.
- Manage the end-to-end deployment, versioning, and rollback processes for production agents.
- Monitor agent accuracy, latency, and performance in production to detect and address drift.
- Continuously iterate on AI agents based on product evolution, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
