Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms such as Impact or Rakuten.
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to transform complex data into clear, decision-ready insights.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day to day management of the affiliate program across all channels and platforms.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop relationships with high-quality affiliate partners.
- Monitor affiliate activity, enforce compliance, and maintain the integrity of the program.
- Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Use data insights to identify growth opportunities and strategies to expand the affiliate network.
- Manage affiliate marketing software, tracking platforms, and third-party networks.
- Ensure all partner-facing materials are on-brand and up-to-date.
- Support affiliates with resources, training, and best practices.
