Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in an IT Systems Engineering role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Okta (SSO, provisioning, rules, workflows, ITGC/SOX-compliant controls).
- Experience building and maintaining automation using Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, Python preferred.
- Experience administering Google Workspace.
- Solid fundamentals in IT security, corporate systems, and audit-ready compliance documentation.
- Ability to lead technical work autonomously across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and optimize Samsara's Okta environments, including SSO, provisioning, and access policies.
- Design, build, and support automations using Workato, including the OWL-IT IT Genie platform.
- Administer Google Workspace configurations, marketplace apps, and offboarding automation.
- Lead Identity & Access Management initiatives such as birthright provisioning and role-based access controls.
- Serve as the primary IT engineering SME for StateRAMP/FedRAMP compliance controls.
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex security-related IT incidents.
- Build and maintain architecture documentation and runbooks in Confluence.
