Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building production-grade data engineering systems that hold up at scale.
- Deep fluency in Python and experience with production-grade data engineering.
- Proficiency with Airflow and dbt with strong data modeling and ETL knowledge.
- Proven experience in AWS provisioning and managing resources like EC2, S3, Lambda, and EKS.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or comparable modern cloud data warehouses.
- Experience building production AI/LLM systems such as RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and tool integrations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with analysts and data scientists to translate needs into infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to think platform-minded, viewing repetitive work as system design problems.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale data pipelines for ingestion into Snowflake focusing on reliability and performance.
- Design and ship agentic systems for automated pipeline generation, testing, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain ML pipelines to help data scientists operationalize models.
- Implement and improve data monitoring across complex, multi-system user journeys.
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineers on data modeling and reliability of shared data assets.
- Partner with product, analyst, and ML teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
