- Strong systems-thinking mindset with an interest in making complex integrations repeatable and scalable.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence technical direction through expertise.
- Comfort operating as a technical owner in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Proficiency in developing or improving scripts using JavaScript, Python, Go, or Bash.
- Ability to conduct on-site and remote deployments and validate system performance.
- Capacity to develop technical documentation and training materials for customers and internal staff.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical lead for field integration efforts, defining and standardizing deployment, integration, and support strategies.
- Design and improve field engineering tooling, scripts, and integration workflows.
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to enhance deployment speed and reliability.
- Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams to translate field requirements into actionable implementation patterns.
- Develop documentation, deployment guides, and integration playbooks to support field readiness.
- Conduct on-site infrastructure assessments and inform integration strategies.
- Manage integration plans, timelines, and technical documentation for customer engagements.
- Provide hands-on technical support during deployments and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Gather field feedback to drive improvements to the FPS platform and internal tooling.
