2+ years of SaaS sales experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Successfully carried an annual goal of $400k+ in new logo sales.
  • Experience with a $25k–$40k+ Average Selling Price (ASP).
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to manage velocity and complexity.
  • Comfortable sourcing own pipeline and building long-term business relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales documentation and maintaining a clean sales process.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales strategy from initial account identification and prioritization through to mapping the enterprise.
  • Communicate directly with prospects to uncover deep individual and organizational needs.
  • Map the enterprise to identify every business unit affected by challenges Quorum solves.
  • Develop and implement industry-specific sales strategies to engage personal networks and research.
  • Partner collaboratively with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop strategic opportunities.
  • Engage in peer-to-peer coaching and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
