Requirements
- 3-5+ years of ERP platform management experience.
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB).
- Understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and reporting.
- Experience with payment processor, tax, and payroll integration.
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT and SQL script practices.
- Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Experience with Stripe, Avalara, and Rippling (plus).
- Ability to work during regular Mon-Fri business hours across U.S. time zones.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize financial systems including ERP/General Ledger and reporting to align with business requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for departments on ERP configuration, data, and reporting functionality.
- Provide ERP support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training for users.
- Automate manual processes and maintain NetSuite General Ledger and Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) reporting.
- Support new integrations and system implementations related to ERP.
- Monitor interfaces with platforms such as Stripe, Navan, Rippling, Expensify, and American Express.
- Ensure system updates and releases are implemented without production interruption.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
