Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years managing engineering managers.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience driving a team's transition to AI-assisted or agentic engineering workflows.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality product at scale.
- Experience in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communicator with the ability to bridge technical and business language.
- Experience working alongside embedded data engineers.
- Meaningful exposure to modern data tooling such as dbt or Snowflake.
- Systematic thinker capable of structuring ambiguous problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering teams for the Partner Experience organization.
- Partner with product leadership to set strategy and drive delivery velocity.
- Champion AI-native engineering operating models and hold teams accountable to metrics.
- Coach Engineering Managers on embedding AI-native practices into workflows.
- Own technical strategy, architecture, and team resourcing for partner products.
- Represent engineering perspectives to product and Go-to-Market stakeholders.
