  • Associates Degree (preferred).
  • Proven ability to multitask simultaneously communicating and inputting data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with telephony systems.
  • Proficiency with CRMs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in handling sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and track incoming calls.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems.
  • Train and onboard new CSRs.
  • Conduct database and open-source research.
  • Route and escalate calls appropriately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
