Requirements
- Fluent English.
- 3+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Systems Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, Business Central, or related products).
- Experience with configuration, customization, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Experience participating in ERP modernization, upgrade, or migration projects.
- Ability to conduct discovery sessions and analyze existing business and technical environments.
- Understanding of application architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience creating solution designs, technical documentation, and migration recommendations.
- Knowledge of testing processes, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and technical assessments with customers.
- Analyze current Microsoft Dynamics environments and understand existing customizations, integrations, and processes.
- Identify migration opportunities, risks, and dependencies.
- Define and present high-level solution designs and migration approaches.
- Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities and provide technical guidance.
- Document findings, recommendations, and proposed architectures.
- Support planning for environment setup, code upgrade, data/cloud migration, and UAT.
- Participate in customer presentations and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
