Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business analytics roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong SQL proficiency.
- Working knowledge of Python or R.
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau or other BI tools.
- Experience analyzing and integrating multiple data sources such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms and Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to answer key business questions and identify actionable trends.
- Build robust SQL queries, data pipelines, and ad hoc analyses to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast key outcomes.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to support workforce planning, marketing optimization, and service design.
- Build and maintain dashboards and data tools to democratize access to insights.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the analytics ecosystem.
