- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone and via email.
- Action-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and natural curiosity regarding prospect businesses.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment based in the UK.
- Prior experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Prior experience using sales engagement tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Quickly respond to and qualify incoming leads for the UK market from various marketing channels.
- Engage with prospects to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to determine fit for Hostaway solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings and facilitate lead handovers.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
