  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone and via email.
  • Action-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and natural curiosity regarding prospect businesses.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment based in the UK.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Prior experience using sales engagement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly respond to and qualify incoming leads for the UK market from various marketing channels.
  • Engage with prospects to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to determine fit for Hostaway solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings and facilitate lead handovers.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
