  • Proven professional experience in the defensive security space, particularly within Incident Response or tabletop exercises.
  • In-depth knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Strong technical understanding of networking, computing, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Ability to simplify complex subjects using examples and analogies.
  • Mindset to inhabit target audience perspectives to create realistic simulations.
  • Natural problem-solving skills and experience with prototyping and iteration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a product-focused team.

Responsibilities

  • Utilise knowledge of blue teaming engagements and techniques to plan, write and improve defensive security labs, challenges and online learning content.
  • Produce multi-format content using practical exercises, questions, and gamification.
  • Test Blue Team labs and ranges to ensure functionality.
  • Research latest crises and incidents to compile a catalogue of crisis simulation content.
  • Compile technical research into concise content for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with the broader Product team on new projects and deployment innovations.
