- Proven professional experience in the defensive security space, particularly within Incident Response or tabletop exercises.
- In-depth knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Strong technical understanding of networking, computing, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Ability to simplify complex subjects using examples and analogies.
- Mindset to inhabit target audience perspectives to create realistic simulations.
- Natural problem-solving skills and experience with prototyping and iteration.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a product-focused team.
Responsibilities
- Utilise knowledge of blue teaming engagements and techniques to plan, write and improve defensive security labs, challenges and online learning content.
- Produce multi-format content using practical exercises, questions, and gamification.
- Test Blue Team labs and ranges to ensure functionality.
- Research latest crises and incidents to compile a catalogue of crisis simulation content.
- Compile technical research into concise content for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with the broader Product team on new projects and deployment innovations.
