Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise learning, workforce transformation, or technical education.
- Proven track record in a commercial or P&L-owning capacity.
- Success in building or scaling a revenue-generating L&D or reskilling business.
- Deep understanding of enterprise client dynamics and ability to engage with CHROs, CTOs, and Business Unit Heads.
- Experience leading teams that deliver at scale (50–500+ learners per cohort).
- Strong grasp of certification and assessment ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub, Codewars, Coursera).
- Data-driven leadership ability to translate learning metrics into operational improvement.
- Skilled at cross-functional leadership, influencing Product, Sales, and Operations stakeholders.
- Exceptional communicator capable of representing Andela as a thought leader in talent transformation.
- Passion for the intersection of AI, talent, and learning.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance, including revenue, margin, and client CSAT, for Andela Academy.
- Collaborate with Sales to convert enterprise demand into scalable reskilling solutions and lead strategic client proposals.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, including pricing, packaging, and partnership models.
- Serve as executive sponsor for programs, representing Andela in client design sessions and outcome reviews.
- Ensure world-class delivery from scoping and curriculum design to assessment and redeployment.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Learning Ops team consisting of managers, architects, and instructors.
- Implement operational rigor, including quality assurance, mentor systems, and learner engagement frameworks.
- Manage strategic relationships with partners such as AWS, Google, GitHub, NVIDIA, and CNCF.
- Integrate certification data into the Andela Talent Cloud and oversee Codewars adoption across programs.
