Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations matters independently with clear judgment.
  • Hands-on experience with performance management cycles, including reviews and calibrations.
  • Strong manager coaching skills and ability to broker across L&D, TA, and HR Ops functions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify HR guidance.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and performance management tools like Rippling, Workday, or Insperity.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Slack.
  • Familiarity with SOX-related people process controls preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for company or department meetings.
  • Deep passion for improving childhood nutrition.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with managers and coach on leadership effectiveness and organizational design.
  • Operationalize culture strategy, including DEI, engagement, and recognition initiatives within client groups.
  • Own performance management cycles, including reviews, talent calibrations, and pay-for-performance conversations.
  • Handle employee relations interventions and conflict resolution independently.
  • Collaborate with L&D, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations to support the employee lifecycle.
  • Represent business needs for workforce planning and contribute to People & Culture center of excellence inputs.
