Requirements

  • Excellent reading comprehension and the ability to process large amounts of content quickly.
  • Capacity to stay focused on repetitive tasks for long, uninterrupted periods.
  • Ability to operate independently and autonomously within a virtual team environment.
  • High level of ownership regarding individual contributions and company goals.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and willingness to manage change.
  • Must have a private, dedicated work area and reliable high-speed internet.
  • Ability to work 1st shift, including one weekend day, with flexibility for extended hours.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze student activity to identify a need for intervention related to student safety or well-being.
  • Communicate with customers and designated emergency contacts to relay important information.
  • Field phone calls and emails from customers regarding student incidents in a professional manner.
  • Record and maintain concise notes regarding each incident in Salesforce CRM.
  • Identify trends and collaborate with other analysts to make recommendations for decision strategy.
  • Audit decisions made by others with a focus on accuracy and efficiency to improve team quality.
  • Operate as a single contributor with high ownership of individual outcomes.
