Requirements

  • Completed university degree or vocational training (all levels welcome).
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Sales, Hospitality, or Call Center).
  • Fluent in German and professional English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy and a customer-first mindset for effective problem resolution.
  • Resilience and strong problem-solving capabilities in challenging situations.
  • Sales-oriented approach towards renewals and additional fleet vehicle acquisition.
  • Experience in retention management or churn mitigation is a plus.
  • Affinity for the automotive industry or sustainable mobility.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Build deep expertise in the small business fleet market and FINN product portfolio.
  • Manage an individual customer portfolio, ensuring positive experiences and long-term loyalty.
  • Drive account retention, manage contract renewals, and secure follow-up subscriptions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate across the Small Accounts, Growth, and other internal teams to ensure a consistent customer journey.
