Requirements
- Completed university degree or vocational training (all levels welcome).
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Sales, Hospitality, or Call Center).
- Fluent in German and professional English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy and a customer-first mindset for effective problem resolution.
- Resilience and strong problem-solving capabilities in challenging situations.
- Sales-oriented approach towards renewals and additional fleet vehicle acquisition.
- Experience in retention management or churn mitigation is a plus.
- Affinity for the automotive industry or sustainable mobility.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).
Responsibilities
- Build deep expertise in the small business fleet market and FINN product portfolio.
- Manage an individual customer portfolio, ensuring positive experiences and long-term loyalty.
- Drive account retention, manage contract renewals, and secure follow-up subscriptions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate across the Small Accounts, Growth, and other internal teams to ensure a consistent customer journey.
