Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 7+ years of educational professional development experience.
- Experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences.
- Experience teaching in a K-12 setting.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Familiarity with web-based technologies to support instruction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter and quick learner.
- Strategic thinker and problem-solver.
Responsibilities
- Provide implementation support to M-DCPS schools and regions.
- Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
- Travel locally to deliver impactful professional development sessions and provide implementation support to M-DCPS schools and regions.
- Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation.
- Use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships.
