Requirements
- 3 years of professional consulting experience in customer-facing roles.
- Previous experience with SaaS product deployment, ideally in HR.
- Project management skills.
- Understanding and experience working with APIs.
- Experience with SSO configuration and troubleshooting.
- Full professional proficiency in French, English, and German.
- Solution-oriented, client-first mindset.
- Ability to adapt communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 10 enterprise clients and lead up to 30 active projects simultaneously.
- Implement complex integrations including SSO and third-party tools.
- Redesign platform architecture and conduct solution audits.
- Deliver Professional Services and platform recommendations to maximize business impact.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Contribute to the company knowledge base and develop repeatable processes for project delivery.
