Requirements
- Deep expertise in the modern AI stack, including LLM orchestration, agentic/RAG architectures, and data activation platforms.
- Experience in a strategic advisory role (Management Consulting, Field CTO office, or Lead Architect).
- Proven experience leading technical and business transformations for enterprise-scale organizations.
- Deep familiarity with the European regulatory landscape, including GDPR and the EU AI Act.
- Exceptional ability to communicate outcome-based narratives to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to drive alignment across divergent groups and own the room in high-stakes environments.
- Industry-specific depth in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Retail.
- Understanding of enterprise buying cycles and hybrid commercial/technical agility.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe for customer and partner meetings.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Office of AI Strategy at tier-1 industry events, executive roundtables, and in the press.
- Develop and deliver board-ready, outcome-based narratives focused on business impact.
- Engage directly with CTOs, CDOs, and AI Transformation leads to build trust and deliver prescriptive strategy workshops.
- Navigate complex enterprise AI hurdles including regulatory compliance, data residency, model governance, and change management.
- Synthesize complex regional requirements into actionable priorities for product and engineering teams.
- Partner with regional leadership and partners to refine messaging and GTM strategies across European markets.
