Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort working with data, including experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics tools
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Curiosity about technology and a desire to understand how software products are built
- Exposure to SaaS products, healthcare or veterinary tech (bonus)
- Experience in customer-facing roles (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, onboarding, and support teams to coordinate go-to-market activities, create training materials, and track feature adoption post-launch.
- Coordinate and lead discussions between integration partners and engineering teams and oversee new integrations.
- Collect and organize qualitative feedback from clinics, pet parents, and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions.
- Draft and maintain product requirement documents, user stories, release notes, and internal process guides.
- Monitor product performance dashboards, flag anomalies, and compile regular reports.
- Help manage sprint planning logistics, backlog grooming, and cross-team communication.
- Assist with quality assurance testing, document bugs and edge cases, and define acceptance criteria.
