Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in commission-based or performance-driven sales.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in contract selling.
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Effective problem-solving, active listening, and rapport-building abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics.
- Goal-oriented mindset and resilience.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- High school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Average 20-30 calls per day with an expectation of closing 25% of inbound calls.
- Identify customer needs and sell the appropriate motor vehicle contract.
- Strive to successfully complete a one-call close.
- Overcome sales objections using rebuttal tactics.
- Educate consumers on the benefits and value of a vehicle service contract.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and management interactions using video camera.
