Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in commission-based or performance-driven sales, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and contract-selling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving, active listening, and rapport-building abilities
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales metrics
  • Resilient and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a desire for continuous growth
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Computer savvy with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
  • High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Average 100-150 calls per day with an expectation of closing 30% of inbound and 15% of outbound calls
  • Identify the needs of prospective customers and sell motor vehicle service contracts
  • Successfully complete a one-call close
  • Masterfully overcome objections by leveraging rebuttal tactics
  • Persuasively educate consumers on the benefits and value of a vehicle service contract
  • Maintain high visibility and interactivity with management and team members via video meetings
