Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a machine learning role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing ML testing strategies.
- Strong understanding of ML principles including experimental design, statistical distributions, and algorithms.
- Expertise in deploying ML models at scale on AWS.
- Strong Python programming skills and adherence to software engineering best practices.
- Expert-level SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
- Proficiency in MLOps, including CI/CD and orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).
- Experience with model monitoring and drift detection at scale.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain production-grade, distributed ML systems.
- Structure data pipelines and implement rigorous testing processes across the ML lifecycle.
- Develop and validate ML models for revenue management and pricing strategies.
- Define SLIs/SLOs and manage large-scale technical roadmaps.
- Influence cross-functional teams and mentor junior talent.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and quality of ML systems from development to production.
