Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering with experience as a technical lead.
- 3+ years of hands-on development and deployment with Python.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering microservice architectures.
- 3+ years of experience with AWS and/or GCP.
- Expertise in Redis, Elasticsearch, Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, FastAPI, Prometheus, Grafana, and Apache Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with LLM toolkits like LangChain, LangGraph, or LangSmith.
- Experience in cloud-native delivery and containerization technologies.
- Proficiency in GitOps and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Experience building and using SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, or similar preferred.
- Excellent systems thinking and system design experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and productionalize models into robust services for product features.
- Implement advanced ML integrations to enhance existing products.
- Build and manage pipelines for end-to-end MLDLC, from experimentation to production deployment.
- Lead technical SDLC through code reviews, pair programming, and automated testing.
- Manage and optimize MLOps infrastructure including CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Mentor ML engineers and drive engineering culture.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and guide sprint execution.
