Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Dental platforms and/or Dental Benefits.
- Strong detail orientation and proactive root cause problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Excel and Outlook.
- Customer Care/Service experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in the Health Care industry preferred.
- Experience with MTV, CBIS, QicLink, DPNMS preferred.
- Knowledge of Dental Codes preferred.
- Ability to work from a dedicated space with minimal interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow positive, long-term relationships with the provider network to support financial and quality performance.
- Educate provider offices on all existing and new products and plans.
- Support provider offices on maintenance and service issues, including claims resolution.
- Work with DSO and large group partners on credentialing and re-credentialing projects.
- Assist with member/provider disputes and provide support to SIU and G&A teams.
- Work proactively with offices regarding fee schedules and financial incentive discussions.
- Add or terminate locations, associates, and products to existing provider relationships.
- Provide support with new product roll-outs and assist in re-contracting efforts.
