Requirements

  • Fluent in English AND one of the following languages: Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Malay.
  • 5+ years of robust experience in safety supply chain management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a QHSE-related discipline (highly preferred).
  • Advanced Safety designation (e.g., NEBOSH, AIHS).
  • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) (preferred).
  • Profound knowledge of WHS regulations and familiarity with Regulatory Agencies (e.g., NOPSEMA, ISO).
  • Experience developing and maintaining quality documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Expertise in Web Conferencing Software (e.g., Zoom, Webex, or GoToMeeting) and JIRA.
  • Prior experience in an Avetta HSE Professional role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training sessions for new Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Independent Contractor (IC) Auditors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to QHSE Associates or Professionals.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions for audits.
  • Review Auditors' assessments of Supplier QHSE management systems, programs, and protocols.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to complete investigations and identify corrective actions.
  • Validate the accuracy, relevance, and applicability of corrective action documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and certification standards.
  • Support continual education for QHSE professionals through calibration sessions and best-practice sharing.
