Requirements

- At least one year of experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems in a professional environment.
- Deep understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to provide high-quality feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
- Experience balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Proficiency in explaining design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Familiarity with user research tools like Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar.
- Proficiency with Jira, Linear, or Notion for documenting product lifecycles and specs.
- Possession of a PayPal account to receive payments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM-generated designs, wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
- Audit accessibility and inclusion by reviewing model outputs against modern standards and practices.
- Fact-check UX principles to ensure model suggestions align with design patterns and psychological principles.
- Annotate design logic to identify gaps in user journeys, visual hierarchy, or redundant steps.
- Refine product requirements by evaluating AI-generated PRDs for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
