Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfort with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Advanced AI skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Build and refine new-hire ramp models to assess provider progress and support needs.
- Track provider progression to identify development trends and training impact.
- Create clear diagnostics to help leadership understand performance drivers.
- Measure training and LMS effectiveness in relation to business outcomes.
- Deliver clinic-level business plan packages to support local leadership.
- Partner with Learning & Development to design business training curricula.
- Develop and test compensation scenarios to ensure productivity and sustainability.
