Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least one year of experience, or two years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing, spreadsheets, and project management software.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vision software.
  • Strong time management and active listening skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Must possess a personal cell phone and provide own internet service.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Services department by facilitating internal communication and processes.
  • Manage project and program progress, including milestone identification and deliverable tracking.
  • Ensure contracts are set up accurately for revenue recognition and client billing.
  • Prepare, proof, and distribute client action reports, proposals, and certificates of insurance.
  • Coordinate schedules with vendors, clients, and internal team members.
  • Manage changes in project scope and identify potential risks with contingency plans.
  • Provide proactive solutions to clients' needs and maintain operational confidentiality.
