Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least one year of experience, or two years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing, spreadsheets, and project management software.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with Deltek Vision software.
- Strong time management and active listening skills.
- Effective oral and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Must possess a personal cell phone and provide own internet service.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
Responsibilities
- Support the Client Services department by facilitating internal communication and processes.
- Manage project and program progress, including milestone identification and deliverable tracking.
- Ensure contracts are set up accurately for revenue recognition and client billing.
- Prepare, proof, and distribute client action reports, proposals, and certificates of insurance.
- Coordinate schedules with vendors, clients, and internal team members.
- Manage changes in project scope and identify potential risks with contingency plans.
- Provide proactive solutions to clients' needs and maintain operational confidentiality.
