Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ticketing operations, client services, implementation, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience working with technology platforms, software configuration, or services delivery.
- Strong background in requirements gathering and managing operational processes.
- Ability to balance short-term project work with ongoing operational responsibilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and execute solutions.
- Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and event operations.
- Consultative, client-focused approach to building relationships and guiding stakeholders.
- Proven ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to delivering results.
- Demonstrated passion for technology and ticketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver implementation and onboarding projects.
- Configure and set up SeatGeek products, features, and event-specific requirements.
- Manage project planning, requirements gathering, testing, and launch preparation activities.
- Provide consultative guidance on product capabilities and operational best practices.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product and Support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Support ticketing initiatives including season renewals, presales, on-sales, and event maintenance.
