Requirements

- Must have ability to be licensed and appointed by assigned client in all operating jurisdictions.
- Minimum one year of telemarketing or appointment setting experience.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience solving customer problems.
- Minimum one year of experience in an office setting using phone or computer.
- Strong consultative sales or service background.
- Proficiency with Internet, Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Ability to multitask across multi-functional work.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and handle varying types of inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing phone calls for assigned clients and programs.
- Uncover member concerns, present solutions, and process enrollment applications.
- Transition between scripted presentations and customized product summaries.
- Resolve member issues and provide best-in-class customer service.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of member information and data.
- Escalate complex situations outside of the agent's control to a supervisor.
- Maintain all required professional licensing and continuing education.
