Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Advertising, Performance Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, keyword strategy, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or platform dashboards.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, reporting, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain campaign performance and recommendations clearly.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data to identify trends and recommend practical next steps.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.
  • Support the execution of paid media strategies for a portfolio of SMB clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor research, and platform-specific campaign planning.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily or weekly, review key performance metrics, and make data-informed optimization decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign improvement including new audiences, creative tests, and landing page recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, copywriters, and designers to ensure campaigns align with client goals.
  • Use AI tools to support campaign research, ad copy ideation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
