Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization tactics.
- Skilled in writing compelling ad copy for testing and scaling.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Proactive communicator who can work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfortable working during U.S.-aligned hours and managing deadlines.
- Experience with reporting dashboards (GA, Looker Studio, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation funnels preferred.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and retargeting strategy preferred.
- Basic Canva or creative briefing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across various funnel stages.
- Conduct audience and competitor research to build strong targeting foundations.
- Write effective ad copy and collaborate on creative direction.
- Analyze daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to achieve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.).
- Prepare performance reports and communicate insights clearly.
- Develop and test new strategies, audiences, creatives, and bid structures.
- Collaborate with internal teams for strategy reviews and campaign planning.
- Maintain structured documentation and follow internal paid media processes.
