Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Advertising, Performance Marketing, or a similar role, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, keyword strategy, bidding strategies, budget pacing, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or platform dashboards.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts, campaigns, and budgets simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to support research, reporting, campaign planning, creative ideation, and performance analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail with budgets, tracking, and campaign settings.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain performance and recommendations clearly.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.
  • Support the execution of paid media strategies for a portfolio of SMB clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor research, and platform-specific campaign planning.
  • Monitor campaign performance, review key performance metrics, and make data-informed optimization decisions.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, copywriters, designers, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals.
  • Use AI tools to support campaign research, ad copy ideation, reporting, optimization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Provide clear campaign updates, performance insights, and recommendations to internal teams.
