Responsibilities
- Support all account opening and onboarding processes for the bank.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external bank customers.
- Own deposit account opening, account maintenance, and documentation review.
- Ensure client access and controls for bank products and services.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine onboarding requests and escalate complex issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments for account servicing and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify customer needs and support the introduction of ancillary products.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities.
- Participate in identifying process improvements and support training efforts.
