Responsibilities

  • Support all account opening and onboarding processes for the bank.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external bank customers.
  • Own deposit account opening, account maintenance, and documentation review.
  • Ensure client access and controls for bank products and services.
  • Serve as a point of contact for routine onboarding requests and escalate complex issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for account servicing and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Identify customer needs and support the introduction of ancillary products.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities.
  • Participate in identifying process improvements and support training efforts.
