Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Informatics, or Medical Economics.
- 10+ years of experience analyzing large healthcare administrative claims data, EHR/EMR data, or complex relational healthcare databases.
- Experience analyzing medical, pharmacy, and behavioral health claims data.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or other STEM field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Ability to build and lead a centralized analytics organization.
- Strong understanding of data governance and architecture standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of an Analytics Center of Excellence integrating payer, partner, clinical, and operational data.
- Organize and structure the team to meet the needs of business leaders, clinical teams, and finance stakeholders.
- Partner with the SVP of Data Solutions to define and acquire necessary data assets and tools.
- Define an enterprise-wide analytics vision to consolidate and standardize KPIs.
- Build innovative predictive and prospective models to provide clinicians with actionable analytics.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to various internal stakeholders.
- Develop analytic products for BOI, Performance Management, and clinical programs.
- Establish and enforce enterprise data governance standards.
- Maintain patient risk stratification models and lead data components of clinical research.
