Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or expense management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency in product management tools, specifically Figma.
- Excellent data analysis and visualization skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Solid understanding of expense management processes and financial regulations.
- Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems or financial software.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog and refine user stories to ensure they reflect evolving requirements.
- Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to develop and test prototypes.
- Drive sprint planning and team-level backlog refinement sessions.
- Define acceptance criteria and sign off on completed deliverables on behalf of the customer.
- Engage with Support and manage the maintenance backlog.
- Monitor post-release performance metrics and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Partner with Product Leads to balance commercial urgency with technical sustainability.
