- Proven track record of launching, operating, and scaling complex products, platforms, or services.
- Expertise in translating customer problems from the ResTech and data space into structured requirements.
- Direct experience managing the full lifecycle of API and UI-driven products.
- Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality user experiences.
- Knowledge and interest in how LLMs and modern coding stacks challenge existing technical paradigms.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and working with senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision for how the Exchange can be reshaped around agentic delivery of insights.
- Articulate product strategy to senior leadership and inspire the broader organization.
- Conduct thorough opportunity assessments backed by data and customer research.
- Author clear and comprehensive product requirements.
- Partner with R&D leadership to navigate complex technical trade-offs.
- Build cross-functional relationships across Data Science, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Marketing.
