Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher with fifteen (15) years of experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, or digital transformation.
- Alternative: High School Diploma/GED with nineteen (19) years of experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, or digital transformation.
- Proven success implementing or maturing enterprise data governance frameworks in complex, multi-business unit organizations.
- Deep expertise in data architecture, MDM, metadata, data quality, lineage, and modern cloud data platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across business and technology functions.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation, operating model design, and cross-functional change initiatives.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the enterprise data strategy aligned to business priorities, digital transformation goals, and the operating model.
- Drive the design and adoption of enterprise data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, quality, and standards.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to shape scalable data platforms, including cloud, MDM, metadata, and analytics capabilities.
- Establish governance forums and executive steering committees to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure value realization.
- Lead cross-functional change management to embed data-driven decision-making, trusted data usage, and enterprise-wide adoption.
