Requirements
- Fully licensed in the state of Maryland as a Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP modalities.
- Experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
- Experience delivering online therapy.
- Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults aged 12 to 34.
- Ability to work Monday - Thursday, 2pm - 10pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy while curating personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct intake assessments for new clients.
- Complete insurance review notes.
- Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning.
- Lead IOP group sessions to foster a supportive environment for clients and families.
- Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers.
