Requirements
- Independent licensure in Washington, DC as an LMFT, LICSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
- Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders
- Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week
- Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms (Zoom) and using EHRs
- Experience with measurement-based tools like PHQ-9 and GAD-7
- Demonstrated experience in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method
- Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions on HIPAA-compliant video platform
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in EHR
- Incorporate measurement-based tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to monitor progress
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method
- Maintain a caseload of at least 10-15 hours per week
