- Experience with AI tools and ability to leverage them in product management.
- Ability to navigate uncertainty and synthesize insights from unstructured data.
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects with technical complexity.
- Strong systems thinking and rigorous problem-solving approach.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap initiatives for Business Banking.
- Lead planning, development, launch, and experimentation for new features.
- Analyze post-launch performance data to design and implement product improvements.
- Monitor competitive landscape and global benchmarks in business banking.
- Contribute to financial and growth modeling to project product performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and legal.
- Elevate the internal Product Management practice and support an inclusive team culture.
