Responsibilities
- Deliver AI-powered workflows and agents with clear owners and measurable impact.
- Identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities into scoped use cases.
- Set up, own, and evolve the company AI toolchain.
- Define and maintain the operating model for AI workflows including security, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Enable team adoption of AI tools through practical sessions.
- Build AI-powered prototypes and evolve pilots into stable production workflows.
- Maintain reusable prompts, templates, and components.
- Monitor usage and performance through dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
